Lucy started her travels in 2018 when she bought a one-way ticket to Vietnam. She has since traversed over 30 countries. She has visited some of the most difficult countries in which to be vegan (looking at you Cuba) and started My Vegan Travels to share all of her experiences with all you eager plant-based travellers.
